According to No.8904763 document from Ministry of the Interior on April 24, 2000, eight kinds of documents shall be provided, including：
1.construction license
2.construction registration certificate
3.finished construction management in region without construction certificates
4.land use status investigation inventory or card copies stating construction information
5.proof of taxation payment
6.proof of water bill or electricity bill payment
7.proof of registered residence move in
8.topographic chart, city planning status chart, city planning restricted construction chart, aerial map, or govemental surveying and drawing, one of the above shall prove finished architecture construction document prior change of Taipei water resource specific region plan announcement and execution.
